Heathrow Terminal 5
The Windsor Suite
The most private departure experience at Heathrow — reserved for those who require complete discretion and total comfort before a long-haul flight.
A departure experience in a class of its own
The Windsor Suite is Heathrow Airport's most exclusive airport facility — a private terminal within Terminal 5, available only to First Class passengers and those who book it directly. It operates entirely separately from the main terminal, meaning no queues, no crowds, and no compromise.
For senior executives and high-value travellers, the difference is not merely comfort — it is the elimination of every friction point that makes long-haul travel disruptive. From private security to a dedicated airside transfer, the Windsor Suite redefines what a departure should feel like.
What the Windsor Suite delivers
Private check-in and security
Arrive, check in, and clear security in a dedicated facility with no queues and no contact with the main terminal.
Exclusive lounge and dining
A private lounge with personal dining service — not a buffet, not a shared space. Meals prepared to order in a setting that reflects the standard of the journey ahead.
Private airside transfer
A dedicated vehicle transfers you directly to the aircraft steps. No walking through the terminal, no gate queues.
Spa and wellness facilities
Access to treatment rooms and shower suites, allowing you to arrive at your destination composed rather than depleted.
Complete discretion
Designed for those who require privacy. The Windsor Suite is used by heads of state, senior executives, and those for whom visibility in a public terminal is not an option.
Seamless booking through your travel manager
Access to the Windsor Suite requires advance arrangement. As your travel manager, we handle the booking, coordinate timing, and ensure every detail is confirmed before you travel.
"The Windsor Suite is not an upgrade. It is an entirely different relationship with departure."
— Michael Sorsky
